This week’s August CSA package week will consist of Pears, Blue (Adirondack) or Red (Norland) Potatoes (2 lbs.), 2 Eggplants or 2-3 Turnips or Green & Yellow beans, mixed orange and red tomatoes, 2 Kales or 2 Swiss Chards, Zucchini (2), Lettuce (2 each) and a mix bundle of herbs consisting of sage, basil and parsley or cilantro.
If anyone wants extra vegetables, zucchini $3.00/lb., and green/yellow beans $6.00. Herbs $3.00 a bunch (.12 oz) parsley, cilantro, basil and sage.
Let me know if you prefer only want Kale or Swiss Chard in your CSA package and if you need to double up your CSA package this week.
