This week’s September CSA package will consist of
- Pears or Apples,
- Blue (Adirondack) or Red (Norland) Potatoes (2 lbs.),
- 1-2 Eggplants depending on size or 2 Turnips or Green & Yellow beans,
- tomatoes and peppers,
- 2 Kales or 2 Swiss Chards,
- Zucchini (1),
- Lettuce (2-3 each)
- and a mix bundle of herbs consisting of garlic chives, basil and parsley or cilantro.
If anyone wants extra blue potatoes or kale lb. it’s $4.00/lb. and green beans are $6.00 lb. Also we have some late Blueberries which are $8.00 pt. and $16.00 qt. Additional herbs are $3.00 a bunch basil and sage.
Let me know if you prefer only want Kale in your CSA package and if you need to double up your CSA package this week.
