Spring CSA package this week will consist of 🍓strawberries (2 quarts), Asparagus (1 lb.) fresh and tender, Green Beans (1 lb.), Swiss Chard or Kale 🥬 , 🧄 Garlic Scapes and a bunch of herbs consisting of: dill, parsley, mint, oregano 🌿, garlic chives.
If anyone wants extra vegetables or berries, they are asparagus $8.00 lb., green beans $4.00 lb. and strawberries $7.00 a quart. Spring is almost over, and the asparagus and strawberries will be tapering off soon so think about buying them now and prep them for the freezer for a special occasion.
