The spring CSA package this week will consist of Strawberries 🍓 (1 quart), Asparagus (1 lb.) fresh and tender, Green Beans (1 lb.), Swiss Chard or Kale 🥬 , Zucchini, Garlic Scapes 🧄 and a large bundle of herbs consisting of dill, parsley, mint, sage, garlic chives.
If anyone wants extra vegetables or berries, they are:
- Asparagus $8.00 lb.
- Green beans $4.50 lb.
- Strawberries $7.00 a quart.
Spring is almost over, and the asparagus and strawberries are tapering off so think about buying them now and prepping them for the freezer for a special occasion.
