CSA members,
This week’s August CSA package week will consist of
- Large Blueberries (1 pint),
- Blue (Adirondack) or Red (Norland) Potatoes (2 lbs.),
- Eggplant or Green & Yellow beans,
- mixed orange and red beef & clementine tomatoes (1 quart),
- 2 Kales or 2 Swiss Chards,
- Zucchini (3-4),
- Lettuce (4 each) and
- amix bundle of herbs consisting of sage, basil and parsley or cilantro.
If anyone wants extra vegetables or berries, zucchini $3.00/lb., green/yellow beans (limited) $6.00 lb., and blueberries $8.00 a pint. Herbs $3.00 a bunch (.12 oz) parsley, cilantro, basil and sage.
Let me know if you prefer only want Kale or Swiss Chard in your CSA package and if you need to double up your CSA package.
