At Autumn Harvest Orchard, we’re proud to be recognized in this month’s Farmer Feature by CT Veteran Grown! Located in the beautiful town of Norfolk, CT. We are a Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) farm and apiary, dedicated to growing nutritious, flavorful produce without harmful chemicals or synthetic fertilizers.
Our journey began in 2000 when we acquired an abandoned pasture and set out to restore its soil and water. For over 20 years, we’ve cultivated CNG apples, pears, blueberries, blackberries, chestnuts, potatoes, and more—offering fresh, healthy food free from pesticides, herbicides, and GMOs.
As a proud CT Veteran Farmer, I’m passionate about the impact our farm has on the health of our community. Providing healthy, naturally grown food is not just about nourishing bodies—it’s about helping future generations grow strong and healthy. It’s an honor to contribute to the health of our children, who will one day serve our communities in various important roles.
Our apiary is located right on the farm and produces pure honey and also operates under CNG standards. We take great care to ensure all our farming practices from soil fertilizers to pest management are environmentally responsible so that our honeybees and other pollinators thrive.
