19No matter the season, some of us LOVE beef stew no matter the weather. Well, a few weeks ago we came across a Slow Cooker (or Pressure cooker) recipe for Beef Bourguignon.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can skip the beef, and make a healthier option by substituting the beef for chicken, or eliminating the meat altogether.
